Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates and sweets, we are unable to accept returns.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Melted products due to warm weather
- Packages delayed by shipping carriers
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Products not stored properly after delivery
Please store chocolates in a cool, dry place (65–70°F) and avoid refrigeration when possible.
